20 years ago when I started my career as a personal trainer clients would come to me asking the question ‘George, how should I be eating and exercising in order to lose weight, tone up and get fit?’

 

This is the bread and butter of many personal trainers and although I think things have got a bit more sophisticated over the past couple of decades with out understanding of the other more immediate benefits of diet and exercise, ultimately the question of ‘what should I be eating’ is still very much at the front of most people’s minds when it comes to making positive changes

 

In today’s episode I want to get into the subject of diet, sharing with you my personal approach as well as some of the Food Foundation Principles that I believe can be overlaid to any diet you choose to follow
